CT Projects NZ was built on years of hands-on experience across retail signage, joinery and the broader commercial construction environment.

Having worked across every level of the industry - from site installation to project management, general management and quantity surveying - I understand projects from every perspective.

That breadth of experience gives me a complete understanding of a project from every angle. I’ve been the person installing the work on site, managing teams, schedules, and sub-contractors on site, handled suppliers and complex logistics, controlled project budgets and driven delivery from start to finish.

To complement my practical background, I am completing a Diploma in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, reinforcing commercial and technical rigour behind our work.

Having hands-on experience across each area means I understand how one decision impacts the next, allowing me to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and site-level execution and look at a project from the big picture down to the practical details.
